At Adoretale Florist, we put a lot of love and care into every arrangement we make. We want you to feel happy and confident with your purchase. While all sales are final due to the hardwork of handcrafted, but we’re always here to help out for any related matter.

We’re happy to provide a refund or replacement only if:

  • The item arrives damaged, or

  • The item delivered is incorrect compared to what you ordered



Your satisfaction matters to us, and we’ll do our best to make things right.


📸 What We Need From You

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please reach out within 24 hours of delivery and include:

  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Your order confirmation or receipt



This helps our team understand what happened and offer the best solution.


🚫 What Isn’t Covered

We’re unable to offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Change of mind or personal preference

  • Slight variations in color, flower type, or arrangement style (every bouquet is unique!)

  • Issues caused by incorrect delivery information provided by the customer

  • Missed deliveries due to the recipient not being available



We appreciate your understanding—fresh florals naturally have some beautiful variations.
